System Circumvention: Attempts to circumvent advertising systems, tracking mechanisms, payment processes, or security measures are not permitted and may result in account termination.

Misleading Metrics: Creating false engagement metrics, manipulating analytics data, or providing misleading information about course performance or student outcomes is prohibited.

Data Harvesting: Scraping, harvesting, or systematically collecting data from our platform, including student information, course content, or proprietary educational materials, is not allowed.

Tracking Interference: Deliberately interfering with tracking mechanisms, advertising pixels, or analytics systems that support our educational platform operations is prohibited.

Prohibited Content: Our platform complies with Google's prohibited content policies, avoiding counterfeit goods promotion, dangerous product advertising, and inappropriate content that violates Google's advertising standards.

Financial Services Restrictions: As an educational platform, we adhere to Google's financial services policies, focusing on educational content rather than financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading services.

Editorial Standards: All content meets Google's editorial requirements for clear, relevant, and professional presentation, with accurate grammar, spelling, and factual information.

Landing Page Requirements: Our website maintains functional landing pages with accurate tracking implementation, relevant content, and transparent information about our educational services.

Data Usage Compliance: We comply with Google's data use policies, including proper consent mechanisms, data retention practices, and user privacy protections as required by Google's advertising platform.

Pixel Usage Guidelines: Facebook Pixel implementation follows Meta's guidelines for proper installation, data collection transparency, and user privacy protection measures.

Business Verification: We maintain appropriate business verification status as required for educational advertising and comply with Meta's business verification policies.

No ROI Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding advertising results, return on investment, or specific outcomes from marketing campaigns or educational program enrollment.

Third-Party Platform Availability: We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policy changes of third-party advertising platforms including Google, Facebook, or Microsoft services.

Ad Approval Discretion: Advertising platforms have sole discretion over ad approval and rejection decisions. We cannot guarantee advertisement approval or placement on any specific platform.

Campaign Performance Variations: Advertising campaign performance may vary based on market conditions, platform algorithms, competition, and other external factors beyond our control.

External Factor Limitations: We disclaim responsibility for advertising performance impacts due to external factors including economic conditions, regulatory changes, or platform policy modifications.

Third-Party Platform Liability: We are not liable for issues arising from third-party advertising platforms, including data breaches, service outages, policy violations, or platform malfunctions.

Advertising Delivery Limitations: We make no guarantees regarding advertising delivery, reach, impressions, or placement and are not liable for underperformance or non-delivery of advertising services.

Data Security Limitations: While we implement appropriate security measures, we cannot guarantee complete security and are not liable for data breaches beyond our reasonable control.

Consequential Damages Exclusion: We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, advertising activities, or educational services.

Maximum Liability Cap: Our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €500 EUR, whichever is lower.

Applicable Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms or platform use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.

Language of Proceedings: Legal proceedings shall be conducted in English or Dutch, as determined by the applicable court rules and party preferences.

International Compliance: Where users are subject to different jurisdictions, we strive to comply with applicable local laws while maintaining consistent service standards.

Mediation Preference: We encourage mediation through recognized dispute resolution services as a cost-effective alternative to litigation for resolving conflicts.

Small Claims Exception: Users may pursue claims in small claims court for individual disputes under the jurisdictional limits of such courts.

Legal Notice Requirements: Formal legal notices must be provided in writing with specific details of the dispute, attempted resolution efforts, and requested remedies.

Response Timeframes: We commit to responding to formal dispute notices within 30 days and working toward resolution within 90 days where reasonably possible.

Platform Integration Changes: We may modify advertising platform integrations, tracking technologies, or third-party services based on platform updates, policy changes, or service improvements.

Educational Content Updates: Course content, educational materials, and learning resources may be updated to reflect market changes, regulatory updates, and pedagogical improvements.

Terms Modification Policy: These terms may be updated to reflect legal changes, service modifications, or policy updates. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

Continued Use Acceptance: Continued use of our platform after terms modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms, subject to any grandfathering provisions for existing enrollments.

Service Discontinuation: We reserve the right to discontinue services with reasonable notice, providing alternatives or refunds where appropriate for affected users.
